Holidays

The following holidays are observed with the office closed and no client sessions scheduled. Employees will not be paid for these holidays except where state or federal wage and hour laws dictate.

  • New Year’s Day

  • Labor Day

  • 4th of July

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

The following holidays or days incident to a holiday are observed with the office closed, however client sessions can be scheduled or supported as agreed to by both the client and staff. Employees will receive regular pay for hours worked on these holidays. If no work is performed, employees will not be paid, except where state or federal wage and hour law dictate.

  • Memorial Day

  • The Wednesday and Friday associated with the Thanksgiving Day Holiday

  • 24th and 26th of December

  • New Year’s Eve

The office will be open and the staff will support scheduled client sessions on the following Federal Holidays. Employees will receive regular pay for hours worked on these holidays.

  • Martin Luther King Holiday

  • President’s Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veteran’s Day

Cancellations

With 2+ days notice of scheduled appointment

Contact Human Resources and BCBA assigned to team. Contact other RBT’s to inquire about covering shift(s). Contact parent by phone or email.

Within 24 hours of scheduled appointment

Contact Human Resources and BCBA. Contact parent by email or phone. An attempt must be made to reschedule session within 2 weeks if you cannot find coverage.
