Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Green Box ABA PLLC is currently seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team! 

What Our BCBAs Do:

As part of the position, the BCBA may:​

  • Provide case supervision and case management for ABA therapy programs for children with Autism

  • Provide parent training on the principles of ABA and behavior analysis

  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments/analyses

  • Conduct assessments, e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PDDBI, Vineland-3

  • Develop individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals

  • Prepare written progress reports and treatment plans

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism in the clinic, home, and community settings

  • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for session notes and data, treatment plans, case supervision, RBT requirements, etc.

  • Assists with a variety of professional tasks such as presentations to community and professional groups and CEU workshops.


  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Must be able to pass a Criminal History Background Check

  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills

  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask

  • Must be able to work well as part of a team

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Green Box ABA PLLC is looking for energetic and motivated individuals who are interested in working with children with special needs. Ideal candidates are those who are eager to learn skills that can advance their career in psychology or special education.

What Our RBTs Do:

  • Behavior Technicians are trained to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism disorder spectrum in home, clinic, and community settings.

  • Behavior Technicians create a fun learning environment to facilitate new skill acquisition, implement intervention plans, collect data, and provide support to parents and teachers.

  • Behavior Technicians begin with a part-time schedule. Scheduling is flexible but includes Saturdays and 3:00-6:30 weeknights. Our highly competitive compensation is hourly and based on experience.

Training Opportunities:

  • Prior to working with clients, Behavior Technicians undergo a 40-hour training program, pass a nationwide exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician (rBT), and are provided with comprehensive field training. In addition, new technicians complete training to obtain certifications in CPR/First Aide, HIPPA, and Child Abuse and Neglect.

  • Ongoing training and support is provided by our staff of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).

  • Support is provided for technicians who are interested in making the journey from Behavior Technician to Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Behavior Technicians who choose to pursue a graduate degree in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education can receive guidance and professional supervision, including required experience hours towards BCBA certification.

  • Available to work between 3:00 – 6:30 pm at least 3 days/week and Saturdays

  • Prior experience with children with special needs preferred but not required
